Brookline provided preconstruction and development management services for an agritourism campground project in Central Florida, supporting the project through design development and initial pricing.

The team worked closely with the Client to assemble and coordinate the design team, guiding the project through schematic design and aligning project scope with overall goals. Brookline also managed early contractor engagement, including preparation of bid packages, coordination of contractor questions, and bid leveling efforts.

The project progressed through schematic design and first-round pricing, providing the Owner with critical cost insight and direction for future development decisions .
