Brookline provided construction administration and owner’s representation services for Phase 2 of a flex industrial development located in Sumter County, Florida. Brookline supported the project through its final stages of construction and closeout.

The team focused on schedule analysis and project recovery, reviewing the existing construction schedule and identifying opportunities to improve progress and accelerate completion. Brookline maintained active oversight through site visits, progress tracking, and coordination with the contractor to ensure work remained aligned with project expectations.

Throughout construction, Brookline reviewed pay applications, monitored quality of work in place, and ensured required inspections and testing were completed. Weekly reporting and ongoing communication provided the Owner with clear visibility into project status and remaining scope.

During closeout, Brookline coordinated final inspections and verified that all required documentation, warranties, and as-builts were completed and delivered, ensuring a smooth and fully documented project turnover
