Brookline provided construction administration and owner’s representation services for Phase 2 of the Preston Place Business Park located in Oxford, Florida. Brookline supported the project from active construction through final completion.

The team focused on maintaining alignment across schedule, construction progress, and overall project delivery. Brookline provided ongoing site oversight, reviewed construction activities, and ensured that work in place met project expectations and quality standards.

Brookline also reviewed contractor pay applications, coordinated inspections, and provided consistent reporting to keep the Owner informed and aligned throughout the project. Attention was placed on maintaining momentum and addressing issues quickly to support timely completion.

During closeout, Brookline verified that all final inspections were completed and that required documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings were submitted, ensuring a complete and organized project handoff
